Upgrading of boiler houses and piping, local heating solutions 

We support the renovation of district heating boilers and piping, and the construction of local heating solutions. 

The call for applications is not open; the projects that have received funding are in the process of implementation.  

The aim of the grant is to reduce final energy consumption through the more efficient production and transmission of heat. 

The activities supported were: 

• the renovation of district heating boilers and fuel replacement; 
• the renovation of obsolete and inefficient heat pipework; 
• the replacement of district heating solutions with local heating ones. 

Applications could be submitted by a heating company within the meaning of the District Heating Act, a local authority or a company belonging to a local authority (boilers, pipelines), and legal persons owning the building, heating companies, and apartment associations (local heating).
