With the annual Environmental Award for Business, Local Government, and Educational Institution competitions, the Ministry of the Environment highlights those that follow the principles of environmental friendliness and carry out activities with a positive impact.

The EIC assists the Ministry in organising these competitions. This is particularly true when it comes to organising the use of prize money – we make sure it is used for the right purpose. However, we have also led the preparation and evaluation of the local government competition.
